Cancellation policy
I understand that sometimes unexpected situations can arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment with me. To provide the best service to all my clients, I have established the following cancellation policy:
Rescheduling Appointments
You have the option to reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time. You can do so via Acuity, the scheduling tool you used to select your appointment date, or please contact me at least 24 hours in advance via email at marvalmua@gmail.com. I will make every effort to accommodate your new appointment request.
Cancellations
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly request that you notify me via email at marvalmua@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please note that a cancellation fee of 35% of the total appointment cost will apply.
Refunds
The cancellation fee is non-refundable and will be retained to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
In case you miss the appointment without previuos notification, there will be no refunds of any kind.
